Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitates regular communication to plant personnel from Corporate HR and Payroll Departments throughout the year.
  2. Delivers written communications to employees in a confidential manner.
  3. Submits employee file documents to Corporate HR and Payroll promptly.
  4. Reviews employee documentation for completeness before submission to Corporate HR.
  5. Maintains the plant bulletin board, ensuring required postings are current.
  6. Assists employees with medical insurance inquiries.
  7. Provides payroll support as necessary.
  8. Offers assistance to plant management as required.
  9. Facilitates company communications via email, phone, etc.
  10. Participates in rotation to other team roles as needed.
  11. Ensures cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
  12. Prepares monthly Plant Credit Card DEEM reports.
  13. Manages petty cash on site.
  14. Leads the onsite Mentor Program.
  15. Maintains driver logs, DVIR, and driver files.
  16. Tracks fuel charges, receipts, and prepares quarterly reports for accounting.
  17. Coordinates volunteer events for corporate initiatives.
  18. Oversees the WIT program and team recognition initiatives.
  19. Organizes monthly plant meetings.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not entail supervisory responsibilities upon hiring, although potential direct reports may arise in the future.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Regular communication is required, and the role involves significant typing and sitting.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, with an expected work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work may be necessary.

Travel Requirements

Local travel is anticipated for this position.

Education and Experience Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in office management, reception, or front desk support.
  3. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a role requiring strong computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
