Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:

  • Conduct recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage and support employee relations effectively.
  • Assist in the enrollment process for Compensation & Benefits.
  • Utilize an HR Information System (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Develop and nurture the organizational culture.
  • Evaluate employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Address labor relations matters, including compliance with laws and union interactions.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
  • Familiarity with major payroll software is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
