Job Overview:

This role is pivotal in facilitating and enhancing various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance evaluation, leave administration, and compliance with employment regulations.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Leverage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and additional platforms to support recruitment, hiring, and training initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary contact for staff throughout their employment journey.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to management and employees.
  • Generate reports and maintain HRIS documentation to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist staff and management with inquiries related to human resources.
  • Remain informed about HR legislation, company policies, and compliance standards.
  • Engage in HR audits and evaluate HR metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree is mandatory; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
  • PHR Certification is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work autonomously.
