The North Texas Tollway Authority is seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement. A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR. A PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification is preferred.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to achieve our business objectives. You will also work collaboratively with our HR team to design and deliver training programs, create and implement employee recognition and reward programs, and develop and maintain relationships with external partners.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
