About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Partner to drive strategic growth and talent development initiatives within our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in Human Resources and business acumen to enhance staff performance, support employee development, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to analyze trends and metrics to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, policy interpretation and application, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate the Mission Forward culture in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with:

  • At least 7 years of experience in HR disciplines, with a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business units and ability to communicate how achieving business goals contributes to the big picture.
  • Experience with process improvement and data analytical skills, with ability to effectively communicate with Leaders on how to improve business with data.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking to align with company and business unit goals.
  • Practice of developing a HR agenda, strategies, policies, and practices for assigned business units.
  • Ability to partner with Payroll; HRIS; and Compensation and Benefits functions to communicate and provide explanation of compensation and benefit changes/updates.
  • Exposure with improving relations between staff and employers.
  • Evaluating and projecting future staffing needs.
  • Ability to partner with Talent Acquisition staff to evaluate staffing needs while maintain insight to client group recruitment efforts.
  • Exposure and comfortable with engaging with heads of departments.
  • Adept with performance management and conducting impartial investigations.
  • Consultation, development, and facilitation of development and learning needs.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
