Position: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 4 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be available for flexible scheduling within standard business hours.
  • This position entails providing impartial support to Medicaid Providers regarding eligibility inquiries, claims status, and other program-related questions.
  • Assist in resolving issues as necessary, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to incoming calls in a timely, courteous, and clear manner while documenting all interactions accurately.
  • Direct callers to appropriate departments when necessary and strive to meet individual performance benchmarks.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support team objectives.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to performance metrics.
