Position Overview:

TK Elevator is in search of a skilled National Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in assisting the National Account Managers and ensuring a high level of service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to National Account Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
  • Drive sales expansion by identifying potential clients and aiding in the execution of strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Administer various tasks including data collection for monthly revenue reports, management of growth reports, and coordination of field assessments for customer equipment related to RFPs.
  • Compile and prepare bid documentation for RFP submissions.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to secure Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for clients.
  • Draft contracts, addendums, riders, and proposals, with a strong emphasis on Excel proficiency.
  • Maintain and manage client portfolios by accurately entering and updating client information in our web-based application.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding service requests, contract details, billing concerns, and other escalated issues.
  • Oversee the rollout of National Accounts contracts.
  • Engage in daily communication with members of the Thyssenkrupp field organization, including Branch Managers, Sales Representatives, and Accounts Receivable staff.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess situations and make informed decisions based on available information.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college coursework combined with relevant professional experience is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, and office administration is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and documentation.
  • Background in facilities management is a plus.
