Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by identifying the best solutions to resolve their inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to enhance sales by suggesting related products or additional services.
  • Manage customer orders and address inquiries or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings, providing effective solutions to foster future sales.
  • Stay informed about Trane products, services, and promotions to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.
  • Engage with customers both over the phone and in person.
  • Execute order management processes with precision to expedite fulfillment and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support warehouse and inventory management tasks as necessary.
  • Be prepared to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment focused on service and safety.
  • Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
Compensation Overview:

The total target cash compensation includes a combination of a fixed base salary and uncapped sales commissions.
