Job Overview:
This pivotal position within Direct Sales serves as a vital link for our current and prospective clients interested in acquiring insurance solutions. Exceptional listening abilities are essential, along with the capacity to comprehend the purpose of customer inquiries and deliver an outstanding experience while ensuring proper direction and transfer to the relevant departments. In addition to managing incoming calls, you will support outbound marketing initiatives and coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up communications. This role acts as a support mechanism for our sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- The key responsibilities outlined represent the primary duties of this position; additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries to guarantee accurate routing, capture lead details in CRM, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to all compliance regulations, including appropriate script usage, authentication processes, PHI handling, and DNC protocols.
- Implement a consistent, personalized outreach strategy that fosters quick rapport and trust with clients through outbound initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and following up on scheduled appointments.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills:
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily, demonstrating exceptional communication skills with a focus on professionalism and first-call resolution.
- Proficient in using computers, navigating multiple systems and screens, and possessing strong data entry skills.
- Experience in interpreting and conveying key information based on customer needs and our outbound initiatives to apply suitable responses and actions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills across various channels, including phone and email.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education, including vocational training or related coursework within a structured environment.
- Experience in a professional contact center or service advisory role for a professional product or service.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not mandatory (25% needed).
- Familiarity with Five9 Telephony or similar software applications.
