We are seeking dedicated automotive service consultants to oversee and coordinate all activities within our service department at a retail location specializing in tires and automotive parts, as well as mechanical services. This role serves as a developmental pathway towards a Store Manager position. Midas is devoted to nurturing our team members through comprehensive training and promoting from within.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening and advising clients.
  • Follow up with customers regarding requested services and estimated completion times.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and make detailed recommendations, including creating computerized repair orders and sourcing necessary parts.
  • Communicate pricing estimates to customers while highlighting shop service promotions.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the team, aligning with our company’s vision, mission, core values, and employee principles.
  • Supervise a team of up to ten employees.
  • Oversee technicians in their inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles and light trucks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Team-building experience.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
