About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to source and place top talent in key roles.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum 0-18 months of experience in sales and recruitment, with a proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
