Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Capital One. This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and multitasking individual to support 4 to 6 executives in a fast-paced tech-savvy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
- Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video and other essential services as needed for meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports in a timely manner using Capital One systems.
- Drive key team activities and events (such as all-hands meeting, team meetings, conferences, ordering supplies and social events).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Capital One offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
