Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, embraces challenges, and values the chance to make a meaningful contribution. The IT Finance Analyst will report to the IT Finance Team, providing support to the office of the CIO. This role involves managing IT expenses, purchase orders, and goods receipts. The ideal candidate will possess a background in financial analysis or accounting, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and follow through on commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate Purchase Requisitions using SAP and oversee the requisition process through to purchase order creation.
  • Process Goods Receipts upon receipt of goods or services.
  • Oversee Telecom Expenses, analyze run rates, and conduct variance analysis.
  • Reforecast and rephase expenses on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze historical and current financial data and performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly reports and financial projections.
  • Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation schedules.
  • Monitor financial data and notify stakeholders of any variances.
  • Ensure compliance of all financial tasks and processes with Corporate Finance policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $61,800 and $97,800. Individual base pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total compensation may include various forms of remuneration. We also offer competitive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits starting on the first day of employment.
