Job Title: Financial Analyst - Customer Logistics (Meals and Beverage / Enterprise Warehouse Team)

Job Description:

  • Conduct Comparative Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Support Leadership: Develop critical business reports to inform executive-level decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Identify Areas of Inefficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of inefficiency and develop initiatives to drive improvements.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee executive-facing projects and handle ad hoc reporting to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage Savings Projects: Develop and implement savings projects to drive cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Work Independently: Work somewhat independently under general instructions to drive business results.
  • Analyze Operating Expenses: Analyze operating expenses to identify areas of inefficiency and provide financial insights to drive business decisions.
  • Manage Projects: Manage projects and communicate effectively with project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Exercise Discretion: Exercise discretion with confidential information to maintain the trust and confidence of stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 2 years related experience.

Physical Demands:

Occasional lifting and sitting, with specific vision abilities required.

Work Environment:

Office setting with minimal noise level.

Travel Required:

Occasional travel - < 10% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range between $47,600-$79,800, with competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits offered from day one of employment.
