Portfolio Management Customer Service Internship

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Internship / Student Assistant in Portfolio Management Customer Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of Smart Services, onboarding service partners and customers, and providing second-level support for our MyLiebherr ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of Smart Services, such as Connect services, services, and over-the-air services
- Onboard service partners and customers in the MyLiebherr ecosystem (customer portal)
- Provide second-level support for the MyLiebherr ecosystem
- Set up the ISO interface for earthmoving and material handling machines
- Collaborate with international sales partners
Requirements
- Degree in business engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable field of study
- Passion for the construction and agricultural machinery industry
- Enthusiasm for digital services in service and after-sales
- Affinity for IT topics and proficient in MS Office programs
- Quick comprehension and high level of initiative
- Enjoyment of working in a team
- Very good German skills and good English skills, French is an advantage
