About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Internship / Student Assistant in Portfolio Management Customer Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of Smart Services, onboarding service partners and customers, and providing second-level support for our MyLiebherr ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of Smart Services, such as Connect services, services, and over-the-air services
  • Onboard service partners and customers in the MyLiebherr ecosystem (customer portal)
  • Provide second-level support for the MyLiebherr ecosystem
  • Set up the ISO interface for earthmoving and material handling machines
  • Collaborate with international sales partners

Requirements

  • Degree in business engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable field of study
  • Passion for the construction and agricultural machinery industry
  • Enthusiasm for digital services in service and after-sales
  • Affinity for IT topics and proficient in MS Office programs
  • Quick comprehension and high level of initiative
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, French is an advantage
