Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at MassHire Lowell Career Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various tasks and activities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, operations, or dispatching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
