Sales Expectations

We seek an experienced sales professional to develop a 3-4 state territory by prospecting, consulting, and growing our client base of financial institutions. The role involves selling, training, and launching new checking account programs, with support from Project Management, Analytics, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 5-8 presentations per week to C-Suite, Retail, or Marketing leaders at financial institutions
  • Utilize provided presentation tools, including mobile tools and Zoom
  • Manage travel time effectively, with an average of 3 days on the road

Requirements

  • Experience selling to C-suite
  • Experience with long sales cycles
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of sales experience: consultative selling, outside sales, B2B sales

Compensation Package

Aggressive base salaries and commission plans, with a first-year base salary range of $80-$100k dependent on experience. Annual compensation includes base salary plus commissions and ranges from $100-$175k plus. An annual bonus is also offered.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $145,000 per annum, depending on experience.
