We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Milwaukee branch. With a strong background in leadership and a passion for the building materials industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the branch's success.

About the Role

This Branch Director position is responsible for managing all aspects of the branch's operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to lead by example, promoting a collaborative and motivated work environment. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of the branch's daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of building materials to customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
  • Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales, administrative, and warehouse staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the wholesale building materials or closely related sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective team management and leadership abilities.
