Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at GNC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations of our store, working closely with the District Manager to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
  • Partner with Loss Prevention to prevent and investigate theft and other losses
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales associate knowledge and skills
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales and management experience
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer service excellence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
