The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and resolve any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Process sales transactions accurately, maintain precise work order files and formulas, and stock shelves and set up displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Comply with inventory control procedures, maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, and suggest ways to improve sales.
- Operational Excellence: Load/unload delivery trucks, assist in making deliveries, and clean store equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
