Vacant Position: Store Manager (FULL-TIME)
About the Job:
- Lead a team to ensure efficient bakery operations and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Manage daily activities such as purchasing, inventory, and product forecasting to drive business growth.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with Company SOPs and provide guidance to team members to promote a culture of excellence.
Reporting Structure: Management Team
Supervisory Role: Oversee BOH/FOH
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production and troubleshoot baked goods issues to maintain high-quality products.
- Motivate and develop team members following Company guidelines to enhance their skills and performance.
- Uphold safety, food handling, and operational standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and other operational processes to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation to meet customer expectations.
- Create efficient employee schedules with clear communication to promote work-life balance.
- Implement strategies to enhance bakery performance and drive business growth.
- Analyze areas for cost reduction and program enhancement to optimize business operations.
- Supervise opening/closing procedures and manage catering inquiries to provide excellent customer service.
- Perform administrative duties and monitor service standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Preference for morning individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of baking techniques, management experience, and strong communication skills to lead and motivate the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and POS platforms to manage business operations efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate bakery teams to achieve business objectives.
- Energetic, professional, and able to work on feet for extended hours to meet customer demands.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays to ensure business continuity.
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification required within 30 days of employment to ensure food safety and quality.
