Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

At Delta Galil USA Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Store Management Team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the overall store success by ensuring sales goals are met while achieving individual sales goals.
  • Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management of the store, including delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and drive store sales through client outreach and brand representation.
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager regarding individual goals, skill development updates, employee relations, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with training, coaching, developing, and motivating the team to achieve maximum sales productivity.
  • Ensure store operations and policies are followed and enforced.
  • Recruit top talent to meet business needs and retain talent that contributes to sales growth.
  • Manage payroll and store scheduling within established guidelines to ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
  • Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Protect the store from internal and external shortage through Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership ability and excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Career-driven, strong work ethic, and high performance standards.
  • High level of initiative/self-starter and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and ability to accurately operate cash registers while following cash handling procedures.
