Senior Product Manager Associate Tools AFS In-Store Product

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Amazon Fresh In-Store Product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving improvements in both processes and technology to help us build best-in-class perimeter grocery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive thought leadership on ways to automate and simplify existing processes used across the Amazon Fresh Stores network, balancing business needs versus technical/operational constraints.
- Create scalable programs and processes that can be implemented, consistently executed, and measured.
- Implement and drive new operational initiatives in an ambiguous environment using data, industry standards, high-level judgment, and anecdotal customer feedback to develop solutions that continually improve operational metrics.
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.
- Retail industry experience (ideally grocery).
- Experience owning and launching Associate/Employee-facing tools, features, enhancements, etc.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
