Job Summary

The Marketing Manager, Store Level is a key role within The William Warren Group, responsible for driving store-level and RV park revenue through effective marketing strategies. This position requires a strong understanding of local and regional business objectives, as well as the ability to work closely with regional Operations, Data Intelligence, Revenue and Asset Management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that address local and regional business objectives and challenges.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and training to store managers and staff.
  • Support new store openings, acquisitions, and unit lease occupancy challenged facilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with owners and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience in a global or national brand with a larger property-level infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
