Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team at Santa Cruz Ace Hardware. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for training employees, monitoring operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop employees to meet customer expectations
  • Staff and schedule employees to control labor costs
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment
  • Manage inventory and ordering systems

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
