Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assigning and supervising tasks during your shift.
  • Training new Team Members in essential store operations.
  • Collaborating with vendors in line with company policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all loss prevention and cash control measures.
  • Partnering with the Store Manager and department heads to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Participating in training sessions at QuickChek University as required.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 1+ year of experience in food service or retail management.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A reliable attendance record.

Physical Requirements:
In this position, you will be expected to:

  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Bend, squat, and twist frequently.
  • Reach and lift items as needed.
  • Occasionally work in a cold environment.
  • Lift up to 10 lbs continuously, 25 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs rarely.
  • Push or pull up to 40 lbs occasionally.
  • Walk continuously and perform occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Grasp, pinch, and grip frequently.

Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. QuickChek & Murphy USA consider various factors when determining compensation, including experience, skills, training, and business needs. The stated range reflects the base hourly rate and does not encompass additional benefits or bonuses that may be part of the overall compensation package.
