Integrated Security Systems Account Executive

**Job Summary:**
The Integrated Security Systems Account Executive role at Climatec LLC involves selling integrated security solutions to commercial, industrial, higher education, and municipal clients.
This position requires identifying potential customers, understanding their security needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and solution development to presenting proposals, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sell integrated security and related low-voltage technology solutions to building owners, general contractors, electrical contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants.
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships with key building owners, general contractors, and architectural and engineering firms.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities.
**Essential Job Functions:**
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites.
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record.
