Job Opportunity: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GrowthWise Search Partners. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our office operations and field team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Office Manager with office operations functions, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
  • Assist project managers and field team with requests, such as proposals, contracts, and submittals.
  • Organize documents and files related to construction projects, including estimating, project management, and proposals.
  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.

What We're Looking For:

  • A comfort level with supporting accounting and payroll, field team needs, contracts, data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including generating and working within spreadsheets, basic formulas.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the office and occasional errands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience using QuickBooks.
  • Experience inputting certified payroll with the DIR.
  • Experience or exposure to the trades/construction industry.

This is a 100% in-office role in Yuba City, with a competitive hourly rate of $26+ per hour, depending on experience, and eligibility for overtime. The position includes a 401(k) plan and paid time off. A background check and drug test are required prior to the first day of employment.
