Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes a generous health, dental, and vision package, life insurance, 401K, and additional benefits.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced paralegal/legal assistant to join our practice. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation and be proficient in e-filing, multitasking, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have excellent proofreading skills, handle heavy dictation and deposition settings, prepare trial exhibits, and be diligent in AME/PQME procedures. Additionally, the candidate should be able to task important legal deadlines, draft legal documents in assistance to the attorney, and be reliable, organized, and able to work with urgency. Familiarity with paralegal billing and daily file handling is also essential.
