Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting and payroll functions for construction projects.
  • Ensure accurate submission of certified payroll records on the DIR website.
  • Handle insurance and union audits, as well as prevailing wage payroll and certification.
  • Maintain workers' compensation reports and other relevant documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll within a construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, insurance or union audits, certified payroll, and related areas.
