Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Compeer Financial is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our business applications, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for a variety of software platforms, including on-premise and cloud solutions.
  • Manage and escalate service desk incidents related to OnBase Document Management Solutions, SalesForce CRM Application, Sharepoint, Centric, and ServiceNow administration.
  • Deploy application releases into production environments.
  • Communicate with team members to resolve technical issues via phone or email.
  • Assist with application quality analysis testing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis research of recurring issues and implement permanent resolutions.
  • Establish and utilize application/system monitoring tools to manage and address environment issues in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining guides, processes, and procedures for infrastructure and support services.
  • Identify opportunities for end-user technology support.
  • Assist developers in application release debugging.
  • Provide solutions input for technology applications based on team member feedback and experience.
  • Research and complete assigned work on projects, including design, building, testing, operational assessment, and implementation activities.
  • Oversee the technical application design, construction, and implementation of assigned projects.
  • Identify risks and opportunities throughout the project.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate project status and related issues.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of functional experience in the IT field.
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce or other similar CRM applications.
  • Extensive ServiceNow experience as applicable for application subject matter expert.
  • Strong client service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clear understanding of applications development and utilization.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Experience supporting remote team members.
  • Experience supporting new development, production support, and integration.
