About the Role

At Advanced Technology Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our industrial maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reliability Culture Champion: Promote and adhere to our safety culture, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Engineered Solutions: Partner with internal and external customers to develop engineered solutions that improve reliability and throughput.
  • Capital Expenditure Planning: Identify opportunities for capital expenditures and develop return on investment (ROI) analyses.
  • Reliability Best Practices: Champion operating systems, critical elements, and best practices to enable a precision reliability culture.
  • Maintenance Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies and strategies.
  • Failure Analysis: Perform failure mode and effects analysis, root cause analysis, and fault tree analysis.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align ATS and customer key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of reliability experience, with a strong background in industrial maintenance and reliability.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform full array of reliability tool sets, including root cause analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, and failure mode effects analysis.
  • Certifications: Vibration I Certification, Infrared I Certification, and Machine Health Monitoring Strong Proficiency.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing and implementing reliability strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Desire to develop into a leadership role, with experience leading cross-functional teams and developing reliability strategies.
  • Advanced Certifications: Experience with data trend analysis, vibration analysis, motor current analysis, oil analysis, lubrication and hydraulic testing, laser alignment, nondestructive testing, infrared thermography, ultrasound technology, acoustic reliability technology, Weibull analysis, and Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Government Regulations: Knowledge of various government regulations, including Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), National Electrical Testing Association (NETA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
