\tThe primary responsibilities of this role, Principal Reliability Engineer, are to: \r

\t\tImplement and maintain the agreed asset reliability strategies and programs consistently and effectively throughout the site manufacturing and support operations;\r

\t\tDevelop, implement and support predictive maintenance programs such as vibration analysis, ultrasonics, infrared thermography, etc.;\r

\t\tAct as site technical expert and point of contact for maintenance, reliability and performance issues, initiatives and disciplines;\r
\t\r
\t\tImplement Technical Good Practices, maintenance procedures, workflows, processes, tools and KPIs to drive continuous improvements in asset performance in accordance with agreed performance management goals;\r
\t\r
\t\tFacilitate, monitor, and report the development and implementation of the asset management strategy Asset Criticality Analysis (ACA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and preventive/predictive maintenance (PM/PdM);\r
\t\r
\t\tDevelop, implement and execute the site Defect Elimination (DE) program;\r
\t\r
\t\tLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/Defect Elimination (DE) investigation teams utilizing methodical processes and analytical problem-solving techniques to resolve 'bad actor' asset performance issues;\r
\t\r
\t\tProvide compliance oversight for technical plant safety and operational excellence standards. Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve safety through improvements in reliability and technical compliance;\r
\t\r
\t\tPropose, justify, manage and execute reliability-based improvement projects;\r
\t\r
\t\tPromote reliability best practices across the site. Develop and deliver education and training programs to the site manufacturing and technical stakeholders to develop and improve specific site reliability knowledge and understanding.\r

\t\t\t\tExperienced in reliability centered engineering design, maintenance, and operation of rotating equipment, stationary equipment and piping;\r

\t\t\t\tCompetent and knowledgeable of the holistic approach to effective asset performance management;\r
\t\t\t\r
\t\t\t\tProven knowledge of planned preventive and predictive (PM/PdM) maintenance principles and practices and predictive, condition based, maintenance technologies;\r

\t\t\t\tWorking knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) and six sigma techniques;\r
\t\t\t\r
\t\t\t\tProficient with computerized maintenance management software tools (Maintenance Connection, SAP, Prometheus, Meridium);\r

\t\t\t\tSelf-confident and personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;\r
