Position Overview:

We are seeking a Vice President, Program Management to oversee and enhance our client engagement strategies.

This position entails managing project timelines, deliverables, and client initiatives while ensuring that our teams adhere to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate with senior leadership to manage ongoing projects and ensure optimal resource allocation across our client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to assess team workloads to identify areas needing additional support. A solid understanding of financial management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Develops and maintains project timelines, monitors progress, and manages team responsibilities.
  • Ensures adherence to client delivery protocols and industry best practices.
  • Recommends team assignments and resource allocation.
  • Collaborates with teams to guarantee high-quality deliverables that align with strategic goals, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Maintains regular communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, including clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in team management and operational processes.
  • Drafts scopes of work, manages project boundaries, and communicates any deviations from the original plan.
  • Accurately estimates project costs and manages budgets effectively.
  • Monitors financial performance in real-time and collaborates with financial directors to update forecasts.
  • Ensures accurate time tracking by team members.
  • Manages relationships with third-party vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

  • A combination of education and experience that equips the candidate with the necessary skills for success.
  • Prior experience in an advertising agency is required.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven ability to drive projects forward, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated history of leading projects and achieving deadlines.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
