Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Financing plays a pivotal role in our organization. This position is designed for a specialized financial advisor in real estate, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio at RF RENOVO. As the primary relationship manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing connections with clients and onboarding new ones. Your unique skills, training, and leadership will be crucial in driving our rapid growth and attracting ideal clients. In a market filled with conventional real estate transactions, you will have the opportunity to devise innovative solutions that help our clients achieve their aspirations. Daily responsibilities include capturing the details of each transaction and collaborating closely with our loan processing team to ensure efficient processing and underwriting of your deals. You will be accountable for serving existing clients, fostering strategic relationships, and expanding your portfolio with new clientele.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of seven years of experience as a Loan Officer within a community bank or private lending environment. A strong focus on outstanding customer service and the ability to meet expectations are essential. You should be a passionate and goal-driven expert in real estate and lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain your Book of Business (Your Dream 50)
  • Conduct comprehensive client applications
  • Document the client's journey – Past, Present, and Future (The RF Artifact)
  • Create a Circle of Success for each client
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Review essential documents prior to drafting a Letter of Intent (credit reports, asset statements, etc.)
  • Collaborate with your Production Assistant to generate and deliver a Letter of Intent to clients
  • Perform regular site visits to projects within your portfolio
  • Support the Portfolio Management team in assisting clients with challenging projects

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire a dedicated Asset Manager (in addition to the Production Assistant)
  • Engage in recruitment initiatives for new Loan Officers
  • Manage a portfolio of 60-75 active clients, averaging over 20 loans monthly
  • Maintain a customer repeat rate exceeding 90%
  • Lead training sessions for Loan Officers
  • Dedicate 2-4 hours weekly to coaching and mentoring AVP/VP officers
