Key Responsibilities:

The Vice President will oversee the Enterprise Data Team, leading efforts to bolster data protection and privacy measures. Responsibilities include:

  • Formulating, executing, and managing the data loss prevention (DLP) strategy.
  • Providing support, monitoring, and analyzing DLP alerts.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Managing the Privacy Office and contributing to risk assessments.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Security, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in data management, protection, or governance, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP, DLP, Defender for Cloud, Insider Risk Management), along with experience in SQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding communication capabilities.
