Position Overview:

The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) role is a field sales position aimed at cultivating business relationships with major lenders within our target market. This role collaborates closely with an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and a Solutions Engineer, focusing on acquiring new clients and ensuring their comprehensive utilization of our Truework Income product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new trusted advisor relationships with prospective clients and strategically engaging with existing customers.
  • Balancing immediate revenue generation with long-term relationship building in partnership with clients.
  • Identifying and nurturing new teams, use cases, or business opportunities.
  • Conducting thorough research and collaborating with clients to align our solutions with their business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of sales experience.
  • Extensive experience in solution-oriented sales, particularly in complex enterprise environments, with a proven ability to build substantial, quantifiable business cases.
  • Experience in the mortgage or fintech sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A strong desire to learn continuously, both during onboarding and through ongoing market engagement.
  • A proactive approach to building a top-tier sales organization from the ground up.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a strong motivation to contribute and be relied upon.
  • A natural challenger seller with a command of the sales narrative.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected cash compensation for this position ranges from $240,000 to $280,000 (OTE). Final compensation will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's expertise.
