  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in post-construction and building operations services within the commercial sector, with extensive knowledge of electrical systems and their integration with mechanical and plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting lighting controls, life safety, and fire alarm systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), AutoCAD, Revit, and BlueBeam/Adobe.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for site visits, primarily within the metro area, with occasional travel outside the region.
