About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Enterprise Data Management to lead our team of professionals responsible for operational management of client, product, AUM & flow data. The successful candidate will create and implement a vision for the department through the development of an operating plan that covers day-to-day and project-related work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the team
  • Initiate and prioritize change initiatives to address data limitations and enable new business capabilities
  • Align the organization structure with day-to-day and project-related requirements
  • Provide oversight of key vendors to ensure services meet business requirements
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of all systems supported by the department
  • Promote a culture of accountability and risk mitigation within the department
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • Directly manage staff and make decisions regarding employment, performance appraisal, training, salary adjustments, and related personnel actions

Requirements
  • Excellent leadership, management, interpersonal, relationship building, and customer service skills
  • Strong ability to organize, analyze, and support distribution-related master data and supporting operations
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of all Distribution channels
  • Experience with database management tools, such as SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, Data Bricks, and PowerBI
  • Ability to train, supervise, and motivate others
  • Ability to work independently and with a team while making decisions within established guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and projects in a dynamic environment
  • Aptitude to research and resolve complex problems
  • Knowledge of the Asset Management industry
