Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Data Center Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Manage sales processes, including proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the data center or IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000-$180,000, depending on location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. This position is eligible for bonuses and other incentives based on individual and company performance.
