About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, growing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster strong relationships, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
