Job Overview

Pinnacle Services is seeking dedicated and caring individuals to fill the role of Direct Support Professional at our Chaska location. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal planning and preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Facilitate community activities and outings, promoting socialization and independence.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Shift Options

We offer a variety of shift options to accommodate different schedules and preferences:

  • Morning shifts: 6am-2pm
  • Evening shifts: 2pm-10pm
  • Overnight shifts: 10pm-6am
Compensation and Benefits

Pinnacle Services offers competitive compensation and benefits, including:

  • Hourly wage: $16.00/hour

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must successfully clear a background check
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CPR/AED certification (will train if missing qualification)

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses
