Schneider is in search of a Senior Customer Service Representative based in Green Bay, tasked with nurturing relationships with our esteemed clients. This role encompasses managing customer orders, overseeing freight inquiries, and negotiating competitive market rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track customer freight to pinpoint challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
- Propose modifications as freight volumes change.
- Leverage various technologies to assess service challenges and trends, formulating effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, teams, and clients.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred one year of experience in customer service.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.
- Eligible for partial remote work options after one year, contingent on meeting performance expectations.
- Additional compensation of $1.25 per hour for second and third shifts, and $2.00 per hour on weekends.
