Schneider is in search of a Senior Customer Service Representative based in Green Bay, tasked with nurturing relationships with our esteemed clients. This role encompasses managing customer orders, overseeing freight inquiries, and negotiating competitive market rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track customer freight to pinpoint challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Propose modifications as freight volumes change.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Eligible for partial remote work options after one year, contingent on meeting performance expectations.
