Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Office Representative to join our team at State Farm Insurance. As an Office Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, processing insurance policy changes and updates, and collaborating with team members to achieve office goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Process insurance policy changes and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Prepare and process insurance quotes and applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations, applying knowledge to improve customer service and policy processing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
