About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Grant Management Specialist to join our team at the American Heart Association. This role will play a critical part in supporting our equitable grant making strategy and data maintenance and analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Implement grant-making strategies in the online system (Fluxx)">
  • Collaborate with the consultation team on compliance documentation">
  • Prepare documentation for review and produce training materials for effective system use">
  • Maintain and analyze programmatic data">
  • Ensure evaluation plans are followed and conduct and report on systems and process audits">
  • Manage a CRM">

We Offer

A competitive salary of $58,000 - $62,000 based on experience, geographic differentials may apply. About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, project management, attention to detail, be able to prioritize work effectively, take initiative and solve problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience in grant making capacity and grant management systems (Fluxx) is preferred.
