Job Description: As a Development and Grant Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission by securing funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies. You will work closely with our Director of Development & External Affairs to develop fundraising strategies and goals for the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research to identify new grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies; Support the Director of Development & External Affairs in monitoring relevant RFPs and grant announcements; Write, edit, and submit clear, compelling, and well-researched grant proposals and reports;

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Non-Profit Management, Social Sciences, or a related field; Minimum of 2-3 years of grant writing experience, preferably in the non-profit or mental health sector; Proven success in securing grants from foundations, corporations, and government sources; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong research and analytical skills for identifying funding opportunities and aligning them with program needs;

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
