About the Job:

As an Associate Grants Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing our grant making strategy and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing grant making strategy in the online grant management system (Fluxx)
  • Preparing documentation for review and producing training materials
  • Maintaining and analyzing programmatic data
  • Conducting and reporting on systems and process audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • 3 years of experience in grant management capacity and/or grant management systems (Fluxx);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent computer skills, especially data management experience;
  • Able to develop and sustain working partnerships with funders, partner organizations, auditors, and staff;
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and create clear documentation and training materials.
