Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Hire Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Territory Analysis: Analyze territory performance, sales data, and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our company's products or services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, territory activities, and market conditions to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Cold Calling/Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in cold calling and sales.
  • Commission-Based Compensation Experience: Experience with commission-based compensation structures.
  • Authorized to Work in the US: Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
