Job Overview

Property Paving, Inc. is a leading provider of concrete paving and asphalt paving services, committed to delivering exceptional results and innovative solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at our Grand Prairie, TX office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the DFW area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients in the DFW area.
  • Drive business growth through canvassing assigned territory and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify and pursue leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and sales activities.
  • Develop and execute daily sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Administrator and construction management team to execute sales contracts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 2-4 years of work experience in outside sales, specifically B2B sales.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the paving industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience performing cold calls and in-person prospecting.
