Job Summary:

To provide support to the Sales team by facilitating effective sales bid and award processes, promptly and professionally communicating with customers, and improving department efficiencies, reporting and analytics.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Work with purchasing departments to assist with issue resolution between field team members, trade partners, and vendors.
  • Track market data/permit reporting
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Collaborates to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Prompt and professional
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience as sales coordinator may be advantageous
